All services performed on computers used in a business are billed at the rate of $60 per hour in 15-minute increments. Minimum billing is 1/2 hour.
No charge for travel times if your location is less then 10 miles from my home base. For distances greater then 10 miles, travel time to your location is billed at the normal rate of $60 per hour (no charge for then return trip).
I don't sell hardware or software, but I can shop for you. Time spent "shopping", including travel time to and from the "store", is billed at the normal rate of $60 per hour.
Project management, such as network design or server configuration and installation, is billed at a rate of $120 for the first 40 hours and $60 per hour after that.
