Jun 17 2004 - I finished up filling and priming the wing tips. Like most other parts, I'll probably find some areas to fix when they get out in the sun.

The cutouts and nutplates for the strobes are installed.

Here is the strobe light screwed in place.

Finally the lens is fit and installed. The trimming came out pretty good - a few rough areas so go slow and make small changes for the best fit.

The wings are now at the airport and ready to be fit on Saturday.

Jun 19 2004 - The wings are mounted for good.

Jun 20 2004 - The pants and fairings are in place. The lighting wires are all terminated and the lights and strobes all work as expected.

Another shot with the canopy closed this time.

Ailerons are rigged and the flaps are in but need a little attention before I can button everything up.

I made a plate that mounts to the side for the required sticker.

Jun 26 2004 - I gave the braks a shot of fluid using a pump from Harbor Freight.
