Preparing the front and rear HS spar assemblies. The parts have been primed with PPG DX1791/1792 primer which results in a gold color, almost like anodizing. The stiffeners and bearing brackets have been riveted on. | ||||

The HS skeleton riveted together and fit to the jig. The jig has a wire strung across the top and a couple plumb bobs hanging down to ensure the assembly is straight and true in the jig. | ||||
