Here are the jigs I had a friend make for me. I couldn't use the wooden jigs that tie to the ceiling because of the garage door. Therefore I had these free standing jigs made.

These are the feet which allow for adjusting the posts perfectly true. Drilling those holes in the aggregate was a chore! The studs are 1/2 inch and there are nuts and washers below the feet and on top of the feet for trueing.

Here are the support arms for the spar and end rib. The spar just rests on the arm. The end rib gets an angle riveted on and then clamped to the arm you see here.

The wing skeleton is riveted together after an enormous amount of time prepping those ribs! The riveting was painless and the jigs are actually shown before the above photos with no mounting arms yet.

The structure has been mounted to the jigs. Here is the outboard lower attachment method. I chose to rivet the angle stock on rather than bolts for a more secure attachment. Drilling these out later will be no problem.
