The cottage was recently remodeled to include a large open living/kitchen area with a cathedral ceiling, spacious loft, ceiling fan and skylights. The kitchen has just been updated and is fully equipped. 

The house has a master bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a double bed, and an oversized loft bedroom with a queen bed. The loft also serves as an out-of-the way play area for kids. The bathroom has a full bath/shower.  

The cottage has a screened-in porch and large deck with patio furniture for dining and relaxing. The enclosed hot/cold outside shower with changing area is wonderful for after a day at the beach. The large yard is perfect for a volleyball game or letting the kids run around safely.

Public tennis and a basketball court are a stroll away. The house is a short drive from popular downtown Chatham.
