Rental Policies and Information for:

Rental Information
 | An initial payment of 50% of the rental fee is due at time of reservation. Initial
payment must be received within four (4) days (excluding Sunday) from initial verbal
reservation request, in order to confirm reservation. The remainder of the rental fee is
due eight (8) weeks prior to arrival. |
| A $300 security/cleaning deposit is required, payable eight (8) weeks prior to arrival.
Security/cleaning deposit will be refundable within 30 days of departure, provided that
the premises is left in the condition it is found. |
| Upon receiving the initial deposit, we will forward a receipt of payment along with two
copies of a Vacation/Recreation lease for the property. Please sign and return one fully
executed copy and retain the other for your records. |
| Arrival anytime after 2:00 p.m. Saturday, departure by 10:00 a.m. the following Saturday
(sorry - no exceptions). |
| Occupancy limit of seven (7) people. Occupancy limit shall not be exceeded at any time. |
| Pets and smoking not permitted. |
| Local telephone service is provided for the convenience of the tenant. All long distant
calls shall be made via credit card. |
| Bring your own linens (sheets, towels and pillow cases). |
| Smoke detectors are mandatory and shall be functioning properly at all times. Smoke
detectors are for the safety of the tenant and should not be disconnected for any reason. |
| Trash is picked up by 9:00 am on Wednesday & Saturday. It is the responsibility of
the occupant to ensure that trash is put out prior to 9:00 am. |
