What is GTD?

Over the past couple of years I have been utilizing David Allen's productivity approach. For those of you that are interested in understanding what "Getting's Things Done" is all about, the David Allen Company has just posted their own definition of "What is GTD" .

Are you interested in more information about GTD? David Allen's GTD Roadmap seminar is comng to Boston in September 2005 . I personally tried too attending the two-day seminar last year, but because of a business oppurtunity to travel to India, I was unable to attend.

I'm already signed-up for the September seminar.

Nikon Coolpix 3700 in action

Really starting to utilize our new Nikon Coolpix 3700 digital camera. I am finding it very easy to shoot pictures during our family outings with this camera. Once all the photo's are upload to my computer, I can really fine tune the digital pictures with the Nikon viewer and editing software that came with the camera. Kitchen Renovation: Week 4 - Wall's are up!!

Well we made it through Week #4. Wall's are up and things are starting to come together visually. During the next couple of weeks the floor and cabinet's will be going in.

For those of you doing alot of driving this summer, you might want to check out this site to find the gas stations in your area that have the lowest prices on auto fuel. The google map really helps you find the locations closest to you.

Kitchen Renovation: Week 3

All wiring has been completed. In ceiling lights are going to light-up the kitchen. Cambridge Soundworks speakers (Ambiance 50, Newton MC100, Outdoor 42,) are all wired into the kitchen, family room and deck. CAT-5 has been wired from the basement into the kitchen, family room and kid's room to allow for future wired internet access. A new box that will enclose all cable/internet equipment will be installed in the basement. Things are really coming together. Walls will be going up next week, along with the wood floor installation. Cabinet installation is planned for the end of May. We are all getting very excited and looking forward to seeing things come together in the next couple of weeks.

Week-end trip up north

We just return from a very nice week-end trip up to New Hampshire. If you are ever near Woodstock Vermont, you really should check out Billings Farm. The kid's really had a great time checking out all the animals and farm equipment. I experienced for the first time cow's being milked. A really enjoyable day with the Grandparents.

We are camping...Sort off!!!

Cooking up dinner tonight on the Dacor Grill. This grill is a work horse. We use it all year long. Since we are eating dinner in the living room, we needed to figure out the best way to get dinner on the table. (instead of traversing thru the house). Solution found.....
