We need to have more fun

I am a regular reader of David Allen's ("The GTD guy's") blog. I find the information he provides is always very informative and helpful. This morning I saw that David had posted a new entry call "Creative Canadian". I recommend checking out Michael Bangay Stanier's new link to "The Eight Princples of Fun". I am a kid at heart. Let's have more fun!!!!!!

Mindmapping Music

A web site that I think compliments Pandora, the LivePlasma site gives you a visual MindMap of a specific artist, movie, actor or director.

The Music Genome Project

A couple weeks ago I posted a blog entry about "Discovering Music" at Pandora. The site is based on the Music Genome Project that begin in January 2005 by a group of musicians and music-loving technologists. I have to say that that I really enjoy the ability to create my own radio stations based on the music that I like. The bonus that you get from this site is that you learn about other artist that play similiar music based on each songs musical attibutes or "genes". What a great way to discover new music and musicians!

Google Earth

I was introduced to a really cool desktop application this week. Thanks Sanjay. Google Earth is a 3D interface to the planet. Really cool to fly from Boston to Chiang Mai, Thailand. It's interesting to see the satellite view of the neighborhood you live in.
