360° Reach Personal Branding Assessment

I recently completed the 360° Reach Personal Branding Assessment. The assessment has given me very factual insight into who I am as a leader, manager and all around person. The data from this assessment is providing me the facts that my current values and approach over the last decade is very solid, which in turn gives me the confidence and reassurance that I should reach for higher aspirations outside my comfort zone in all parts of my life. I highly recommend checking out the assessment.

Annual Adventure to StoryLand

For those that are not from the New England area and have young children (to be honest, I'm a kid at heart) you have to check out StoryLand in Glen, New Hampshire. This week-end went on our second annual trip with the boys to StoryLand. The last ride of the day was the Bamboo Chutes roller coaster. It was awesome.....

In David Allen's GTD approach, one of the principles is to get things out of your head, "Mind Like Water". I have tried multiple tools for writing things down (ie: electronic, paper, wiki etc.) and this week stumbled on this compact pen and pad set that fits in your wallet.

Winning by Jack Welch

The other day I was taking a drive up to New Hampshire and I had an opportunity to listen to some of Jack Welch's audio book Winning. There is a section in the book about hire good people and if you had to ask one interview question what would it be. Mr. Welch felt that a really good interview question is to ask potential candidates:

"Why did you leave your last job and the one before it?"

The Lindenthal brothers are so happy to see their new baby brother Dean. Kurt say's is brother is "So Cute". We think so too!

It's a Boy

Dean James Lindenthal was born on June 26, 2006 at 7:50PM and weighed in at 7lb 12oz. Both mom and baby are doing great. Our two boys, Kurt and Von have a new baby brother.
