"We do not accept the presence in our country of a single soldier at war with Muslims or Arabs,"

So proclaimed the Saudi Government this week, which is to say, the Saudi Royal Family (just in case you were confused about the democratic status of that nation).

That is not all they have proclaimed with such sentiments. They have also proclaimed, loud and clear, how Islam really feels about America.

Disagree? Think that too harsh or sweeping a statement? Address the facts.

First they agree to help us is our war against terrorism, then they don't, then they tell their people "no way, never" all while saying maybe to the White House.

These reports all lead to same conclusion - the government of Saudi Arabia fears its people, and the PEOPLE of Saudi Arabia do not want the "infidels" using their holy soil to fight terrorism. It's all over their media, their press, on the lips of the people in the markets - it all says "Go away American Unbeliever". The people of Saudi Arabia see our presence as an affront to Islam (hell, that's why Osama hates us to begin with!) and do not support our war on Bin Laden and the Taliban, who are, in their eyes (as well as the eyes of many other Islamic Nations), Muslims before war criminals.

Did you get that?

The Taliban - Oppressive, misogynistic, rapist, theocratic, destroyers - are, in their eyes, Muslims first, abomination second.

Osama Bin-Laden - Terrorist, animal, murderer of thousands of U.S. and foreign innocents - is, in their eyes, Muslim first, monster second.

Nice allies eh?

If Islam is so peaceful and benign, and Muslims so peace-loving and rational, WHY do they continue to actively associate themselves with a man and a regime who they CLAIM are radicals that have perverted their faith? Indeed, if they fear an un-fair holy war against Islam, WHY do they continue to place Islam in the path of War by tacit approval of murder and mayhem in the name of Allah?

The KKK has often cloaked its particular form of ignorant evil in the robes of Fundamentalist Christianity. Has any reputable church ever stood up and claimed that the FBI's war against the Klan and other pseudo-religious hate organizations was tantamount to a war against Christianity? Has the Pope, the Methodist Congress, Oral Roberts, or the Southern Baptist Council ever urged the Federal Government to employ "tolerance", "acceptance" and "restraint" in dealing with these deranged animals?

Why then is the Islamic world coddled by the American Government and Media? Why are they not held to a similar standard?

More importantly, why as Americans do we continue to accept the fettering and chastising of those who openly and defiantly align themselves with the morally bankrupt "fringe" of Islam?

They are permitted to insult us through their religious condemnation of our achievements, humiliate us through their irrational demands, and mock us on their street corners as the evil infidels - all as they deluge US with stern reminders to maintain tolerance, cultural acceptance and restraint.

Hello??? Is there ANYONE out there other than me who does not see gargantuan proportions of their hypocrisy and contempt? This would be hysterical if not so tragic.

President Bush has been doing somersaults in an attempt to "reach out" to the Muslim community. He has been continuously seen with Islamic leaders and clerics, all in an attempt to perpetuate the mantra.

Unfortunately, it turns out that these "moderate" leaders of the American Muslim community, singled out for this mission of peace, are not quite so "restrained", "accepting" and "tolerant", never mind "peaceful". The reality is that they are practically terrorists themselves.

Abdurahaman Alamoudi is the president of the American Muslim Council. Three days after the attack on NYC and Washington, Alamoudi joined Bush at a prayer service dedicated to the victims.

How sweet.

Before you get all misty, you should know that Alamoudi was one of the key speakers at a Washington D.C. rally held in open support of terrorist organizations last year.

Caught on Video at the rally, Alamoudi says, "We are all supporters of HAMAS,". HAMAS is of course that bunch of fun, Allah-loving, peacenicks who's preferred method of meditation is murdering Israelis with suicide bombs. Alamoudi proclaims loudly (all on video now) that he supports Hezbollah as well. For those who aren't familiar with this particular 4-H club, these are the crazy kids responsible for numerous anti-U.S. attacks, beginning with a 1983 suicide truck bombing of the U.S. Embassy in Beirut that ended the lives of 250 U.S. Marines while they slept.

Having this pinhead speak at a prayer service for victims of Islamic fundamentalism is sorta like having a Neo-Nazi perform your son's bris.

Hell, even Hillary Clinton wasn't stupid enough to deal with this vermin. When given a campaign contribution by Alamoudi for her Senate run, she returned it.

If the amoral, power-obsessed, Mrs. "Slick Willy" rejected Alamoudi, what the hell is Dubya doing in bed with him? He cannot claim ignorance. Former Secret Service agent Ron Williams says, "The intelligence Community has known for sometime the association of Dr. Muzammil Siddiqi, and Mr. Alamoudi and their association with terrorist organizations."

Good Lord! Is there anyone home???

What about that other pillar of the Muslim Community Bush has been pal-ing around with? Muzzammil Siddiqi, the spiritual leader of the Islamic Society of Orange County. At the same service discussed above, Siddiqi implored, "Keep our country strong for the sake of the good."

Amen to that, Muzzammil - but where does that leave you?

The same rally which provided the platform for Alamoudi's repugnant terror-speak was ORGANIZED by this man of God and peace, Muzzammil Siddiqi. Not content with the level of Alamoudi's anti-American vitriol, Siddiqi added, "The United States of America is directly and indirectly responsible for the plight of the Palestinian people. If you remain on the side of injustice the wrath of God will come."

Call Stockholm - I found this year's Nobel Peace Prize winners .

The truly frightening question is - if THESE are the best representatives of Islam Bush could find for his big "peace, love and tolerance" PR Push, what the hell did the rest of the pool look like?

Yup, with such rational, restrained, and accepting leaders as these, it's no wonder the Muslim world is worried about its image.
