Halloween '04 & First Birthday

Since we've been back, we've been busy. Besides just getting used to Mia, used to the time change, and used to the new routines of life, we've also celebrated Halloween (Kelly's favorite holiday) and Mia's first birthday – big events taking place in the Sedory household.
Mia was (appropriately enough) a puppy for Halloween. We thought she was adorable and cute. The dogs thought she was the biggest dog toy they had ever seen! They went crazy when they saw her in her costume. The one photo above was the only one we had where they weren't trying to lick the stuffing out of her! :-)
Then we have the obligatory baby/tub photo. She'll kill us for that one later...but for now, isn't she adorable? And that was the only time she sported horns. This girl is an angel for sure.
Then it was November 13th and time to celebrate Mia's first birthday. Although she ate more Cheerios than mommy's homemade birthday cake, we think she liked it none the less. Tom got some really cute photos of her in her birthday hat and with her balloons. Enjoy!
