A new membership is $18.00 plus a one time assessment of $10.00. New members receive a baseball cap with the SPARK logo and an additional logo patch.
New members must print and complete the (SPARK Membership Application) and mail to SPARK at the address below. The application may be completed on
line and printed or you can download a blank form and complete it later. Use PayPal to complete the process or include a check for $28.00 with the application.
Single membership renewals are $18.00. Family membership renewals are $18.00 plus $5.00 for each additional family member.
A new application is not required for renewals.
