The Scranton Pocono Amateur Radio Klub (SPARK, K3CSG) has approved today the signing of a long term lease with
Amateur Radio Operator Ken Zenker, KB3FDP, for an apartment located above his dental practice at 703 Cedar Ave,
Scranton. The apartment will be used by the club as a radio shack making SPARK one of the first amateur clubs in this area
with such a facility.
