Please remember to bring photo identification , any CSCEs that have not expired , and a copy of your current license if you have one . The test fee is $ 12.00 . Your Social Security Number is required. Walk-ins are welcomed, no preregistration is required but appreciated.
The FCC also requires
FRN numbers as of 12-3-01, and will require birthdates again sometime in March 2002. This
information is mandatory before any application can be filed with the FCC.
