To Join our group, you must have "Lived" on Midway Island
or served in the Armed Forces at Midway during the "Battle of Midway".

If you have Acrobat Reader 8 installed on you computer, (You should, it's FREE)
You can submit your enrollment form in a PDF Filler Form.
This is easy... just click below!

Then Click "Submit by Email"
Select the Email Client you use.
(Desktop Email Application most likely)

Then Click on "Send Data File"
Then Click "SEND" from you Email Program.

If you DO NOT have Acrobat Reader 8...  
(Again, I don't know why... it's FREE)
Simply Download the MS WORD Enrollment Form below.

First, Right click (above) to download the template to your computer.
 Then from your computer, Double Click on Template File.
Complete the Form then Save the document. 

You must Save the document with the "SAVE AS" Command
Use yourlastname.doc as the file name and then email it.
This means Your Last Name... not yourlastname.  I.E.  Smith.doc

Attach the yourlastname.doc Word file to an Email
and send it MidwayIsland@Comcast.net
