Sunday, November 16
Because of rain, the Bailey's 300 at South Boston Speedway was postponed from Saturday to Sunday. J.J. had a great qualifying run, but failed to qualify for the feature. In the last chance heat race, J.J. overcame a problem with the car and a wreck to finish sixth; however, only the top four cars would go on to the feature.
Saturday, September 27
Today J.J. raced at Old Dominion Speedway in the last race of the season. Approximately five laps into the race, a car spun out in turn three right in front of J.J., causing a pile-up and taking J.J. out of the race with a busted radiator. Oh well, better luck next year.
Thanks go out to the Packs Racing crew for their efforts this season! Thanks everyone!
Sunday, September 7
Today J.J. raced at South Boston Speedway. Approximately three laps into the race, there was a huge pile-up in turn two, which J.J. managed to avoid. However, one of the cars behind him didn't, and ended up landing on J.J.'s hood. It was hopeful he would get the car fixed and back out on the track. But unfortunately it wound up with a broken pittman arm and crushed frame, ending his night.

Tonight featured a 100 lap Late Model race. Approximately half way through the race, a car spun out in front of J.J. and with nowhere to go, he wound up with minor front end damage. He came in for repairs and was back on the track very quickly. He finished the race in 13th position.
Saturday, August 16
Tonight J.J. raced at South Boston Speedway in the Coors Light 150. With a field of 23 Late Models, he started in 21st position, but finished 15th after a tough battle.
Saturday, July 19
Tonight featured twin 75's for the Late Models. After being caught in a wreck in the first race, the crew spent the entire time between races trying to get the car fixed for the second one. Unfortunately, we weren't able to finish due to bent parts.
We would like to thank the Packs Racing crew for their effort to get the "Sponge" car back on the track for the second race!

Saturday,
June 14
At lap 48 of the 75 lapper, the rain began to fall. The caution came out and at lap 52 the race was cancelled.
Saturday, May 24
J.J. started tonight's race in 17th position. It seemed all the accidents kept happening in front of him, causing him to spin out several times. He finished the race in 13th position.
Tonight also featured a special 25-lap race, for Late Model Stock cars only, for drivers that have never won a race at Old Dominion Speedway. J.J. started in 7th position and finished this race in 8th.
Saturday, April 19
J.J. started the race in 20th position. Around lap 15 he had a tire going down and had to come into the pits. After changing the flat rear tire, he got back in the race. But about 10 laps later, he was still having problems with the car and decided to come back into the pits . This time, they found something was broken in the rear.
It was a rough night for the Packs Racing team.
Saturday, April 12
J.J. raced the newest addition to the Packs Racing team for the first time tonight at Old Dominion Speedway in Manassas. He started the 100 lap Late Model race in 21st position.
He looped the car while avoiding a car that had spun between turns 1 & 2. But he managed to keep control, turning it around and getting back into the race.
Around lap 70, J.J. was "helped" into spinning out of turn 4 and ended up taking a trip through the grass in the front stretch, barely scraping the guardrail. However, it was enough to take out the airbox in front of the radiator and he had to come into the pits for repairs.
J.J. returned to the race a couple of laps down. However, he managed to finish in 15th place.
Congratulations and Thanks to the Team!
