I am a descendant of Jacob Hatch and Elizabeth Wild through their son, Isaac Burres Hatch, Sr. and his wife, Mary Jane Garlick. Jacob was the son of John Hatch and Elizabeth Walden of Spencer, Worcester, Massachusetts and a great-great-great grandson of Thomas Hatch of Scituate, Plymouth Colony. Jacob was in Addison County, Vermont in 1802; Otsego County New York in 1806; and Jefferson County, New York by 1817; and in Utah after 1849. On my father's side, I descend from William Evans who left Wales in 1854 bound for Utah.
