Will & Testament of Thomas Pryor late of the Plantacon of Scituate in New England Deceased made the xxith day of June 1639 in prsence of these names are underwritten Inprs I will and bequeath my lands and goods in England my debts being payd as followeth Itm I give unto my two sonnes in old England Samuell & Thomas unto eich of them twelve pence apeece Itm I give unto my two daughters in old England twelve pence apeece to Elizabeth xiid & to Mary xiid more I give unto my sonn Samuell if he come into New England five pounds I give unto my sonn Joseph five pounds Item I give unto the Pastor of Scituate tenn shillings the rest of my lands and goods not yet given and bequeathed I will unto my sonn John and my sonn Daniell to be equally Devided betweene them and I ordaine and appoynt my sonn John sole Executor of this my last will & testament, and I do appoynt my welbeloved in Christ Mr Timothy Hatherly whom I do entreat to be overseer of this my will.
