The Last Will and Testament of Willam hatch Junir: of Scittuate late Deceased in Verginnia; Exhibited att the court held att Plymouth the 4th of May 1657 and by that said court ordered to bee Recorded;
September the 13th 1653
Know all men by these prsents that I Willam hatch of Scittuate in the
the
Collonie
of New Plymouth in America being upon a Jorney to Verginia; and not knowing
how God may Deale with my selfe this is my last will and Testament; Imprimes
wherof I give unto Phebee My Daughter the one halfe of my estate as it
shal bee prised att the time of my Decease for to bee paid to her in the
yeare 1668 and likewise to see her provided for in the mean time that shee
want not Nothinge; All the rest of my goods lands and
tennements I give unto Abigaill my wife whom I make my agent and exequitrix
of this my last will and Testament whom I appoint to pay all my Debts and
to Receive whatever is Due to mee from any;
