How I discovered Mobile
Magnetic Waves
A couple years back , a friend gave me
a gift of a Gauss Master EMF meter to
play with. I did the usual things , like seeing how much EMF my
computer
CRT gave off ( wanted to see if I was being fried when using my
computer etc ).
I checked the wiring in my house , back yard EMF , office EMF , bedroom
EMF
and etc. Pretty much what everyone else does with an
environmental EMF meter.
While out driving around I noticed that I'd like to see how much "
radiation " people get
from those imposing looking overhead power lines , so I took the Gauss
Master out in the
truck with me to see !
First I tried just throwing it up on the dashboard but the interference
from the vehicle computers
and ignition drove the meter crazy and I couldn't use it like
that. I tried placing it in the back seat
area, where it worked just fine, but the stupid stock Gauss
Master has a built-in power off
circuit and it turns off automatically , every now and then.
Keeping it in the back seat proved
undesirable because of the power on problem ( see the Gauss
Master power switch mods )
Next I put it in my overhead console storage compartment (
the one for a remote control garage door
opener ) , where it didn't get interference from the truck
computers or ignition and where I could easily
reach up and push the power button to reactivate it , again, for a
while. When I saw power lines
coming up in the distance . I'd activate the EMF meter and see
how much EMF they gave off. After
this, I began to carry the meter in the truck all the time , quite
unintentionally.
One day, while up in the nearby Sierra Nevada Mountains, near Shaver
Lake , I was waiting for my wife
to exit the powder room and while sitting in the truck I began to
play with the Gauss Master . As
soon as she came out and we started off , down the mountain highway , I
hit my first " complex "
mobile magnetic wave. The Gauss Master ( which was still
activated because I had just been messing
with it a couple minutes earlier ) sounded off with a very
loud " wooooop woop wooooop woo wooooop !
I said " what the heck was THAT ???? " , and turned around and drove
back down the way I just came
to hear the wave again. This time I heard it " wooooop woo
wooooop woop wooooop " . Exactly backwards
of the first time and about 500' closer to me than when I first
found it near the public restrooms. Excited I
turned around again and drove through it again . This time is was about
1/4 mile farther down the road and
it gave me the initial " woooop " sequence t as when I first heard
it. Eventually it seemed to move away , off
from where I could access it , away from the road.
Much of finding these phenomena has to do with being in
the right place at the right time and taking advantage of accessing
them when the opportunity presents it's self.
This wave type is " directional' " so to speak,
with an identifiable individual characteristic and
moves around
slowly but constantly.
Since that day I have found hundreds of these MMW waves, " all
" of them up in the Sierra Nevadas. I have not
found them in the central California valleys nor nor over at the
coastal areas. I have not found one of these
( but many other interesting wave phenomena ) in
nearby Nevada either. Because of finding those " complex "
mobile magnetic waves , I started keeping
the Gauss Master on all the time when I'm driving and when
I park beside the road to look at wild life or explore places that I
see ( caused me to invent the first Gauss Master
mod, the power switch mod ) .
While listening for more MMW waves , I discovered "
single/s " waves also. These waves are a strong surge,
short " wup " sound and may happen every now and then in
certain locations. They seem to be found localized
in certain areas and in more places and more often than " complex " MMW
wave sounds. Since the discovery
of these two general types of magnetic waves , I have found
additional ( rare but exciting ) types of which
are some I call " swarms " , " clusters " , and "
serial series " types of natural magnetic wave phenomena.
I hope this site will alert others to discoveries of their own and that
they will share these discoveries with the
rest of us as I have tried to do. Please feel free to contact me with
.wav files or documentation about your finds
( as I will have an area to post them in for others to hear and
see ) and if you have any questions about the
equipment or applications found on this site. Good luck wave
hunters and explorers !!!
