Announcements

Have you bought your Youth Season Pass ($80) for kids age 7-12 or $99 for youths 13-18? Buy online here or buy at Guest Services at Summit West. Note if your child has an alpine pass, that also is valid for the nordic ski trails.

Kongsberger Kids classic race is Monday January 16th at Cabin Creek! For all kids age 13 and under. 2km, 1km, and .5km distances. FREE. Day of registration is 12:15-12:45pm.

Is there a THEME for the JNP this year? Of course! This year's theme is based on the Beyonders book. So start your reading.... Huh? What's this "theme" business? The kids in the Little Nords and Freeheeler groups are involved in an 8-week all-mountain adventure based on a book (check out the galleries from previous years).

Want to get hooked into the Nordic community at Snoqualmie Pass?

The Snoqualmie Nordic Club is an active community of Nordic skiing enthusiasts with many families. They hold many activities throughout the year (including summer). They hold technique clinics for members also. The Washington Alpine Club is dedicated to 'the healthful enjoyment of the great outdoors' and is active in backcountry skiing, nordic skiing, and climbing. There are many JNP families in the club who gather to play, ski, and make merry every weekend at the WAC lodge in Alpental. Both WAC and SNC are heavily involved with conservation and non-motorized recreation access in the I-90 corridor. Also check out the other outdoor clubs in the left navbar.
