- Develop the West Bay Park and Trail
- Build more sidewalks
- Acquire open space and preserve habitat
- Develop more neighborhood parks

Expand and enhance the value of community volunteers
- Partner with neighborhood groups to improve safety and livability
- Collaborate with community groups
- Listen to City advisory committees

Enhance our unique downtown
- Build better pedestrian crossings to make walking safer and more enjoyable
- Encourage more housing downtown

Ensure affordable, high quality public services
- Invest in street maintenance, water, sewer, fire protection and police services
