Karen has been providing custom catering for East Tennessee for over 10 years and has 30 years experience in wedding cake design. Although weddings are our speciality, we also provide custom catering for most any occasion. To stay abreast of current trends in wedding cake and buffet designs, Karen has attended training in Las Vegas, Indianapolis and Nashville provided by some of the most prestigious and talented catering experts and floral designers from London and the U.S.
