June 25 -No drum circle at Advanced Wellness Clinic this week.

July 9- Drum Circle--4-6  followed by Introduction to Meditation  6-7  pm  at Advanced Wellness Clinic, all are welcome, open circle, no charge, donations--come to drum the spirit of summer  then stay to sit if you choose to.  Light snacks provided this week only.

July 19- 6-8 pm  by Susan Moyer at St. Joseph Family Center; learn and experience chakra/body drumming  followed by drum  circle,  email  Susan for details; cost $15.

July 23-Drum Circle--4-6 and Campout overnight at Riverside State Park. All are welcome, open circle and event, share campsite costs, bring your own food, gear. Some tents available.  $5 day use fee or call by July 10 to car pool.

July 30-Introduction to Meditation 4-5:30 at Advanced Wellness Clinic for beginning and experienced meditators or anyone considering the silence retreat .

August 12, 13, 14  - Silence Retreat at Loon Lake--know yourself through meditation and limited communication; see website for details ; sliding scale $125- 200 from Friday evening through noon Sunday; 2 nights in a cabin by  the lake, 5 vegetarian meals.  Time to process follows silence.  contact Kate  Come to an Introduction to Meditation July 9 and/or July 30 for more information.
