How durable is it?
Powder coat is more durable and flexible than paint with no sacrifice in finish or depth. It is commonly used in high wear applications (Motorcycle or ATV hand controls, and foot pegs) and applications that require repetitive torsion (springs and torsion bars).

How do I get this process started?

What about shipping charges, media charges, or powder cost?
We are the most grass roots company you will ever deal with, you send it to us and we will send it back to you, its just that simple. As far as additional charges are concerned, there are none, the price we quote is the price you pay.

What is the biggest parts you can accommodate?
Our facility is equipped with a 20"x18"x25" kiln. If you require services above that we have an exclusive arrangement with another company to accommodate just such a thing.

What will I need to do to prep the part for you?
Just fully disassemble the part and remove all rubber pieces and send it off.

What is the turn around time?
We typically fill orders and send them off in about a week's time. Of coarse if you have a large quantity order it may take longer, just email for questions about large orders.
