"Short and sweet" introductions around the room are done. "short and sweet" means your name and what you’re into, if you choose to share that. Any member who chooses may "pass" on their introduction. Sponsors are encouraged to introduce their new members (if they are so willing) so they may feel welcomed by the group.

Business and events: Up to 15 minutes at each meeting may be given over to group business, both old and new, or individual input relevant to the group or the membership as a whole. This is also the time for any member to share scene related upcoming events (leather outings, conventions, parties, etc.) as they happen. In extraordinary circumstances, more time may be voted on and granted to extend a particularly important topic.

Roundtable Discussion: It was decided that an hour or so would then be given over to a true roundtable discussion (everyone may participate from the start) on an S/M topic broad enough to allow discussion of all members...(i.e. "What makes a good top"). The moderator will oversee the progress of this discussion, and call members to speak in turn. Once the discussion is over, there plenty of time to socialize.

The cost of the hall is equally divided by the number of members attending, (usually $3.00-$5.00 ea.), collected by the moderator and another meeting scheduled for the next month with the management.
