There is no business entity or formal organization to KBA either on paper or by tradition. For our discussions we rely on only a moderator (anyone may volunteer at the previous month’s meeting – please do!) to decide on a topic and to keep the discussion orderly. Upon occasion, others have volunteered to do things for the group, but they in no govern or hold any power. Any and all decisions affecting KBA as a group are made by vote at our meetings. No one person speaks for KBA unless agreed to by the membership in advance. Otherwise, they speak for themselves only.

Taken by popular vote at our first meeting, it was decided there would be no membership list for KBA.
