• Are these candles really fragrant when they are lit? Absolutely! These are some of the most fragrant candles you'll ever find. I have many customers tell me that they don't even have to light them to smell them in their homes. They are fresh from my candle studio, poured one at a time and don't have to cross an ocean or sit on a barge before getting to you.

• Do you have candle burning instructions? Yes. For burning instructions, see “Candle Care.”

• What are the pieces? They are all wax and will burn like a solid candle.

• Are your candles scented with essential oils? No. I use cosmetic grade candle fragrances. Often, essential oils are not as fragrant and are better suited for cosmetic products. While some of the cosmetic grade candle fragrances contain essential oils, none contain alcohol so you experience a true fragrance.

• What about lead in the wicks? Leaded wick is no longer permitted in the U.S. I use an all cotton and zinc wick that keeps the wick from falling over and drowning in the candle. They also burn hotter and brighter and are less likely to smoke and leave soot. Triming the wicks before each burn will also help them burn best and last longer.

• Do you gift wrap? Not at this time, but soon. We'll be offering that service along with pre-packaged gift packs and seasonal gift ideas as well.

• Are you going to offer candle plates, hurricanes and other accessories to go with your candles? Yes, Yes, Yes! I'm hoping to have a nice assortment of accessories starting Fall 2007.
