Took car to Maaco - $1611 including double white stripes. I was told 1 1/2 to 2 weeks and it took 2 weeks and 2 days. Found 1 drip and 4 places where things weren't painted well enough. Not including that I took it back again for the touch-up work on 6/10/2008 and was told 2 days but got it back on 6/13/2008. Looks really good. I asked about touch-up paint but was told the one-coat paint they use needs a catalyst and it causes the paint to dry by a chemical reaction, not air so basically NO, I can't have any for touchup later. Maybe I can find another paint that’s really close if/when needed.Picked the car up 6/13/2008. Got a call just after noon that it was ready. Everything checked out. They fixed all the places I mentioned. I had a problem with running rough and discovered a vacuum hose I had removed and forgot to replace. Now for the A/C which seems to be a problem. It will only slightly cool down and though the ES12a says 33% of the manufacturer specs for a full system which would be 9.33 oz, I put in 12 oz including 4 oz air dry and 4 oz pro seal, followed by 8 oz of es12a and I could not get any cold, that's when I found a vacuum leak, fixed it and checked the low side was 0 psi, the high was 100. Added 3 cans es12a which got the low side to 15 psi. Decided to stop and call the company for help... then found a leak in the dryer and emailed Mustangs Unlimited to ask for a replacement. They have been awesome with other problems with products so I'm hoping they'll just ship me a new one right away. If not, I'll shell out the $46 to get another one from them or look locally for one. Then I'll contact the es12a folks. I did find a note where they suggested I go with Industrial Es12a for colder air, so I may check into that a little more. 6/18/08 - Mustangs Unlimited is AWESOME!! I emailed MU Friday 6/13/2008 and Sunday 6/15/2008 they emailed asking for the order #. I provided the order # which, by the way, I bought the receiver/dryer July 2007 and here it is June 2008, and they shipped it 1st thing Monday AM 6/16/2008. They even sent me 2 more emails telling me they would ship a replacement then another telling me it had shipped and the tracking info. I got it today 6/18/2008. This is a company that understands customer service. Not only do they have most every product you could need but they also have great prices and stand 100% behind their products. They've never asked me to ship anything back and when a product would work, they shipped me out free of charge another item to try if it worked.
