Well the trucks are finally making their way to the library at Elvas Tower. Tim Muir and I may have gotten a little too caught up in them. We now have far more tractor trailer rigs than we planned. Not that that's a bad thing, after all we're guys. Guys can never have enough cars and trucks. Especially vintage "transition era" vehicles.
Tim has received permission to use Niko's Autocar renders and has produced some very cool (in my mind) versions of the 1930's COE

He also has a set of Coca Cola trucks...(wonder if he ever actually drinks the stuff?)

One of my favorites is this Signal tanker...![]()
Ahh...Fender skirts with wings!
Development on MSTS models has slowed over the past week or so. New grandbabies arriving, others learning to walk and talk, and other personal stuff. At least there has been some progress in the "V-scale" endeavors. The N Scale division of the Agony Eastern hasn't fared so well. It's summer and not much is happening in the garage (unless it's related to grandchildren activities). Things should start to pick up as the weather cools down.
The benchwork will be revised again. I reached a compromise (with myself this time) that will cut back on the horizontal area of the layout, while enabling vertical expansion. A false wall will act as a backdrop while serving to support additional benchwork and shelving. The "other side" will provide storage and / or work benches in the garage proper. The walls will also serve as a dust and weather block and keep the layout area a little less cluttered.
Maybe this will clear the garage enough to get the motorcycle work going again.
Well I think that's about it for now...Thanks for listening.
