In my quest for images and plans for future projects I've scoured the web. One of the most interesting sites I've found, and probably the least known, is the United States Patent Office. The Patent Office has drawings that cannot be found anywhere else on, or off, the Internet. Need drawings for a 1948 Tucker? How about some Harley Earl drawings? How about the Adams "Windsplitter"? From pioneers like Baldwin, Morris and Winans to Ross Rowlands' ACE 3000 steam engine, the Patent Office has them and a host of others.

If you would like to see more US Patent Drawings be sure to visit the US Patent Office and the Patent Room. You can also view Canadian patents at the Intellectual Property Office...British patents at the UK Intellectual Property Site...Australian patents at IP Australia

The patent drawings are displayed here as negatives to match the background of the pages. They are currently sorted in chronological order. I made no attempt to distinguish between design patents and others so the "D" is missing from the patent designation in these pages.
