Rebelo's Kenpo Karate is a complete multi-cultural martial art center, where the student can choose the art or arts that will work best for them in a self defense situation

Rebelo's Kenpo Karate has been in existence since 1982 in various incarnations, serving the Greater New Bedford Community through such agencies as the North End Youth Agency, the New Bedford Boys/Girls Club, YMCA, YWCA, the American Kenpo Karate Studio, and many other locations. Our facility has been a focal point of training to help each individual achieve their goals in the martial disciplines, arts and sciences for the 21st Century.

Mr. Rebelo is also the owner and operator of Lotus Video Productions, producers of "Martial Arts Today" and "Self Defense and You". "Martial Arts Today" is a public access television program that focuses on the history, philosophy, styles and celebrities of the Martial Arts world. "Self Defense and You" is a public access television program that focuses on practical, every day self defense.
