Coupler and motor
removal for Whirlpool Kenmore Roper, kitchinaid Estate
NEWER Models have screws in back of control console
 carefully pull forward and hinge back
Gold colored clips pry clip toward front of washer E-mail ?  Lid switch plug Unplug
Lean cabinet forward then slide front bottom out from under frame  to remove pump 2 clips must be removed along with 2 hoses pump will slide off motor shaft Note if pump was leaking you may have problem getting off motor shaft be careful not to damage motor  removing motor un plug wire harness some three speed models will have 2 plugs after removing clips for Motor will release from gear box  Here is the drive coupler you will have one on shaft of motor and on shaft of gear box when installing new make sure coupler is only pushed down till shaft is even with top of coupler to far in will cause excessive ware and heat from friction
