If things are working normally, the video is delayed approxmately 2 seconds and the streaming audio is delayed approximately 7 seconds.

Dial-up users (non Broadband/non-DSL) are subject to competing internet traffic, telephone line condition etc. Most Dial-ups can get useable results.
