Here's where we begin plans building. The white objects are CAD templates mounted to 1/8" hardboard. The yellow objects are the actual forming blocks made from MDF.

Here you can see the block angle. When you bend aluminum it springs back hence the 10deg angle.

Elevator: those things sticking up are clecos. They are temporary fasteners that help keep everything lined up.
