Parklawn Sailing Association
Making a Boat Reservation:

last revised March 12, 2009

1.  Review the calendar and pick a date when the boat you want to reserve is open.

2.  If, after checking the existing boat schedule, there is an opening for the boat you want, send an email to psa-boat-reservations@yahoogroups.com. In the subject of this email, put only your last name, the boat name, and the day(s) you want to use the boat. Examples:

"Casamento, Voyager, June 14-15"
"Wujcik, May 12, Pisces"
Do NOT put anything in the body of the email - it will NOT be read. Unless there is a schedule conflict, you will NOT get a reply to your email.

3.  Revisit the PSA calendar web page in a few days to confirm your boat reservation request. The reservation calendar is updated about once per week during the sailing season.

4.  A check for the appropriate fee must be mailed THAT DAY to the PSA Treasurer (Joel Leon). Checks should be made payable to PSA. Once a given day is scheduled, that day can only be released in accordance with the PSA cancellation policy and procedures.

When Kevin Gregg is unable to take reservations
During this period, please send your reservation request to the PSA all hands mailing list (parklawnsailing@yahoogroups.com). The web calendar will be updated when Kevin returns.
