From Maryland: Take I-495/95 to Rt 50 East towards Annapolis. Take Rt. 424 South for about 6.1 miles until the stop sign at Rt. 2. Turn right, proceed about 1/4 mile, then turn left onto Mill Swamp Road. Proceed about 1.7 mile to a stop sign. Turn right onto Rt 468, Muddy Creek Road. Go about 2.5 miles to a traffic signal. Turn left onto Rt 255, Galesville Road. Proceed about 1 mile to the water and turn left. West River Yacht Harbour is at the end of this short road on the right hand side.

From Virginia: Take I-495/95 to Rt 4 East (exit 11) towards Upper Marlboro. Proceed 9.5 miles and then exit onto Rt 408 East towards Annapolis. Go about 5.6 miles to where Rt 408 merges into Rt 2. Continue north on Rt. 2 about 1 mile to a right turn onto Rt 255. Proceed about 4.2 miles to the water and turn left. West River Yacht Harbour is at the end of this short road on the right hand side.
