1000 yards by doing the following four times (and set intervals accordingly):
P - Pull for 75 yds A - Alternate breathe (every 3 or 5) for 75 yds U - Underwater for 25 yds L - Length (i.e. distance per stroke) for 25 yds F - Fast for 50 yds |

To best honor Paul, I suggest: 1) increasing the distances for a "meatier" set, 2) incorporating kicking (e.g. Fast kick), 3) incorporating butterfly by doing Fast Fly, or you could, of course, do the entire set butterfly.
