May 18  Rained out !!!!

We missed the first race of the season last week due to soccer games for Keith and Erica. We are all set to go on May 25.. See you there !!!!

May 25

Keith Jr got off to an excellent start this year. Starting 6th in the heat he finished 2nd and went on to finish 4th in the feature.  Jr. is in a new class this year with more advance drivers.

Erica made her debut at the Whip. She was a little tentative as she went out for practice but was more confident in the heat. She did a good job keeping her line but was slower than the rest of the group. She stepped it up during feature only to get rear ended by an out of control car which damaged her chain guard and knocked off her chain.  Erica was black flagged and moved to the infield. She finished 6th.

Keith Sr , racing with the A class this year started 10 in the heat and finished 5th . The new holley fuel pump really made a difference . The car was fast but a a real bad push in it during the heat. After a chassis adjustment Sr. started 10th in the feature and was in 6th position and gaining when a car spun in front of him which he couldn't avoid. He spun the car sideways and hit on the side damaging the wing and his ego. He finished 13th .

June 1 - Didn't Race
