This house is great for families because even though it has a great main lake view, it is tucked a couple of houses away from the main boat traffic so kids can safely swim in the lake with very few worries about nearby boat traffic.

It is very spacious with a very large, open common area that overlooks Smith Mountain Lake.

This house is new on the market so just about everything inside is new as well; new bedroom furniture, new linens , pots, pans, dishes, cups, silverware, ping pong table, rafts, dishwasher, etc.
