President - Helen Cost was elected to the position of President of the Royal Oak Republican Women's Club (RORWC) at the election held on June 26, 2007. She and her husband have lived in Royal Oak since 1967.They have two children who graduated from Kimball High School (ROHS). Upon retirement from the automotive business, where she last served in the capacity of Program Manager, she has expanded her activities to include Chairing the Ways and Means Committee of the Royal Oak Nature Society, Assistant Treasurer of the Birmingham Community House Senior Women's Club, and various bridge groups. Vice President - Muriel Versagi - Management Consultant in business with husband for 30 years, specializing in family owned businesses. (Now retired). Former Nurse, Curator of RO Historical Society Museum, Past President of Royal Oak Republican Women's Club, Founding member and Past President of Business Women's Network, Organizer and Past President of the Royal Oak Chapter of the Older Women's League. Muriel has been a member of many Civic and Professional organizations in Royal Oak and in Michigan. Muriel has two grown children and three grandchildren. |
