The Bell Tower

This started as a tall tower made out of all arches. Then the arches were covered up with yellow bricks. This was essentially a reenactment of what happened with the Empire State Building where they erected the structure then covered it with a limestone facad. We learned about this watching a show on Skyscrapers on PBS. Wonderful show, by the way.
