Series of stories based in canon seaQuest centred on two original fictional characters
After declaring to a couple of friends that there was no way I could ever see Joxer as a hero in his own right, I went down to wash dishes and I suddenly could see how. These Joxer Shorts are the result of a competition among us.

Hello. My online name is katirene, aka xmp, kimurho and ki. I am a fanfic author and my main interests are submarines, forensic analysis, Scottish Gaidhlig and magic. These pages are the results of my researches, since I like to learn as much as I can about the facts underlying the fiction. I invite you to share the fruits of my studies.
My fiction and that of my partner, mostly seaQuest with a little Sons of Thunder, Star Trek: the Next Generation, and short stories involving Joxer of Xena: Warrior Princess, can be found under Fiction or by following the active links. With any luck, we will soon have a Stephanie Plum short story to entertain you.
I have a section on the 1990's show, seaQuest, containing both canon and extrapolated information. There are episode guides, transcripts of most of the shows, some personnel information, ship's layout, and a folder called SSORM - Ship's Service and Organization Manual - based on details from the show and actual submarine SSORMs.
My research is intended for the fiction author. Please keep that in mind as you are perusing the site. With that clear, Research is divided into two categories, submarines and Scottish Gaidhlig.
Submarines contain information on military ranks in the several US armed services, a chart of the distribution of the global distribution of diesel submarines in the year 2000 and sub specs for those vessels.
One final thing. Many of you know my work from geocities (http://www.geocities.com/xmp_) or empire (http://www.empire.net/~xmp/). The empire web-site is gone and I no longer have access to geocities. Please delete those URLs from your address book and replace it with this address (http://home.comcast.net/~kimurho/).
Thank you for visiting my site. I hope you found it enjoyable and instructive.
Please let me know if there is anything you'd like to see added to the existing reference pages.
