SEAQUEST MISSION STATEMENT (2018)
LONG TERM MISSION Lead the way as mankind moves away from aggression aimed at his fellow man, toward becoming a conscientious co-inhabitant of his home environment.
Assist man in becoming the Earth's protector, cultivator ... not her spoiler.
Take mankind far beyond all previous limits in the exploration and discovery of the most dangerous and mysterious region on earth.
Transport man as he searches for answers to his own beginnings ... to his purpose ... and to his future.
SHORT-TERM MISSION
Enforce the volatile new peace among undersea colonies and vessels, while protecting them (and herself) from marauding techno-pirates, deadly aqua-terrorists, ruthless deep ocean drug and weapons smugglers, etc. -- utilizing diplomacy when possible, force when necessary.
Lend immediate aid and assistance to all sub-surface inhabitants and their facilities in the throes of life-threatening circumstances.
Execute immediate rescue operations in service of any vessel signaling dire distress.
Broaden the scope of deep sea exploration and discovery by the utilization of all advanced technologies and resources on board.
