1. KingdomKatz kittens are raised under foot, handled everyday, adored, and well socialized by our five children and ourselves.  

2. Persians are a slow maturing breed so we do not let our kittens leave our home until they are between 13 and 17 weeks of age. 

3. KingdomKatz Kittens are vet-checked, up-to-date on vaccines, wormed, litter-trained. Our cats are PKD1, FIV, FELV negative, 100% free from ringworm and parasites. Kittens are sold with a one-year genetic health guarantee. 

4. They are rarely placed with spay/neuter agreements but are more often spayed/neutered at the buyer's expense prior to placement.

5. Kittens are priced depending on color, pattern, type, and quality. Pet quality kittens are those that do not completely meet the CFA standard for the breed but will make beautiful, wonderful, healthy, loving pets. Breeder/show quality kittens are those that I believe will have a positive impact on a breeding program, will probably champion but do not possess the qualities to achieve grand champion status. Show quality kittens are those that will at least champion but with proper care and grooming could possibly achieve grand champion status. 

6. In order to be added to our waiting list, please send us your answers to our questionnaire found on our Contact page.  Everyone on that list will be notified simultaneously when our kittens have been made available for adoption. 

7. Our kittens are made available for adoption at the time they are of age and ready to leave. Therefore, we do not accept deposits to hold/reserve kittens.  Only full payment holds/reserves a kitten for you. Kittens will remain for sale until full payment is received.

8. Payments are taken in good faith and are not refundable. If a kitten cannot be picked up or received via shipment on or before agreed upon date, $8 a day will be charged the buyer for boarding as well as any necessary vetting costs.

9. Kittens can be paid in full via PayPal, Bank-issued money order, Bank-issued cashier's check, Bank transfer, or cash. If using PayPal for payment, you must be a Verified Member and 4% of the total cost must be added to cover PayPal transaction fees. If payment is made via Bank Transfer, an additional $9.00 must be added to the total to cover the bank transfer fee. If payment is made via bank-issued money order/cashier's check,  payment must be delivered in person or mailed using the US Postal Service Certified Mail, UPS, or Fedex for safety and verification of date mailed and received. 

10. Both domestic and international shipping are available at the buyers expense from Chicago O'Hare International Airport.  Shipping costs include airfare, vet check, USDA health certificate, additional per state required shipping vaccines (i.e.. rabies), airport delivery expenses (i.e. gas, parking), carrier, blanket, etc.  If using Continental Pet Safe Program, shipping is $350. Other airlines can be more expensive.

11. We reserve the right to refuse a sale at any time we deem appropriate without explanation.
