Waterman #22 Restoration

This early Waterman #22 was looking somewhat the worse for wear. I brought the color back to where L.E.W. wanted it, and I eased that dent (!) in the cap. Before and after images should be self-evident.

As can be seen here, the approach to color restoration that I’ve developed does not destroy imprints, and I don’t add any coloring agents, such as dyes or pigments, to the pen.
