This site was started 1/2/2005, designed and managed by my wife Moni and custom figures created by me, Kirk.

I am 41 years old and I guess my first custom action figure was done when I was just a kid in the mid seventies. It was a Mego action figure that I wrapped in several colors of plastic electrical tape to make a Wonderman action figure.  Since then, on and off,  I have been chopping, sanding and painting the characters, not made by the toy industry.  Through the years I have learned valuable tips and tricks that other (action figure) customizers have shared with me, to those, I give a hat tip and a big thanks.  Their willingness to share recipes and tips have made my hobby more interesting and enjoyable.

Customizing has become some what of a family affair in my household.  My wife, son and daughter have made customs which have also been featured on my site.
