Recipe:
Wasp - base
Sculpted - hair, boobies, boot cuffs and glove cuffs
Superman - cape cut up
Cape cord - Craft cord
Rubber band - belt
Lines down outfit - elastic sewing cord painted black then painted white on top.

The inspiration for this custom was from the Infinite Crises picture. (reference pic).  I changed the belt color to red because I have seen her belt red in other pics and wanted to match the cape. 

I initially thought no one had made this custom yet, but found later, when looking under DC rather then Marvel on Fwooshnet.com Customized Character list, that she has been made.  Who would that be?.......Prodigy.  My heart dropped because I knew it would be awesome and it was.  After seeing Prodigy's Power Girl, what can I say, I almost gave up.  Kirk encouraged me to continue and I am glad I did.  I had a lot of fun making this character even if she doesn't look as good as Prodigy's.

As I continued I had to keep running upstairs to look at reference pics (printer out of ink) and back again to Prodigy's PG.  While taking a break running through customs I ran across K&L Customs and was blown away by the accuracy of their female customs, in particular the breast, a BIG part I was struggling with.  I tried to shade her cleavage like they did, but it came out more like a skid mark.  I didn't realize it until after taking pics, oh well.  I'll have to get some advice from K&L Customs the next time I want to tackle a large breasted woman.  Figuratively of course.
