Fly By Nite
Fly By Nite is the pairs team composed of Dan Haigh and Bill Rogers, both of whom are also members of the team 6th Sense. Dan and Bill started flying as a pair early in 2003 and had their first competition in the spring of 2003. They are qualified to go to nationals in 2003 as experienced pairs. They have since moved up to masters pairs and will compete at masters pairs for the 2004 season. We are excited about the new season and hope to do well.

Update: Fly By Nite has finished first for the year in masters pairs precision and ballet in the NW Conference for the 2003/2004 season. Hoping to do well at nationals.....

Update, October 2004: Fly By Nite took 2nd place in Masters Pairs Ballet and 6th place in Masters Pairs Precision at nationals. Not too bad for our first time in masters at nationals!

Updated August 2006: Fly By Nite is on the verge of retirement and very proud of their successes. They now have five 2nd places at nationals, and one 6th place. In the NW for the past two full seasons they are undefeated. They will competed at nationals in Iowa, which will probably be their last nationals.

Updated January 2007: Fly By Nite went to nationals in Des Moines Iowa in October where they took first place in ballet and second in precision, losing precision by 0.075 points. Bill blames it on him falling down during one of the figures.....

At this point Fly By Nite is possibly retired, we haven't made a final decision yet.

Updated December 2007: Ok, Fly By Nite decided to do one more nationals and competed at the nationals in Ocean Shores Washington October 2007. Here they placed first in pairs precision and third in pairs ballet. Since they hadn't flown as a pair much throughout the year, they were very pleased with their results.

Now they are officially retired. Below is a pic with them with their tropies at nationals.

Fly By Nite flies BMK Mambas and R-Sky Nirvana's.
