| The Negh'Var-class warships were the largest class starship known to operate in the Klingon Defense Forces during the late 24th century. The first ship of this class, the IKS Negh'Var, was the flagship of the Klingon Imperial Fleet in 2372. Her first combat action was under the command of General Martok during the Klingon Empire's invasion of the Cardassian Union on stardate 49011. She thereafter fought an action at Deep Space 9, where she was able to breach the stations shields for long enough to land several troops. (DS9: "The Way of the Warrior") (Memory Alpha) | |

| The Vor'cha-class attack cruiser first appeared prior to 2367. Initially, they were limited to the disposal of the Klingon Chancellor and various Governors, they would eventually become fully integrated into the Imperial Fleet over the next five years. For a time, one even served as the flagship of the Imperial Fleet until the Negh'var-class battleship superseded them in 2371. (TNG: "Reunion"; DS9: "The Way of the Warrior") (Memory Alpha) | |

| The Klingon Bird-of-Prey was a type of warship in service with the Klingon Defense Force from the late 23rd century into the 24th century. The ships were so named because of the unusual bird-like shape of the wings and the long main hull. Birds-of-prey were built in at least three types: the small B'rel-class and D12-class scouts, and the larger K'vort-class cruisers. (Memory Alpha) | |

| In 2373 Chancellor Gowron moved the Klingon military headquarters from Qo'noS to Ty'Gokor. Ty'Gokor is protected by a powerful defensive shield and a tachyon detection grid, along with a large number of ships. The stations there are over a kilometer and a half tall and are equipped with both disruptor and torpedo weapons. The upper and lower sections were studded with various antennas, indicating a formidable communications and sensor capability. The central section is the largest, and is thought to contain most of the crew quarters and major systems. (Memory Alpha), (D.I.T.L.) | |

| The Klingon Ship of Death is a massive command carrier. Much larger than the Negh'Var class, this behemoth can be used as the command nexus for an invasion fleet. It can carry squadrons of Klingon fighters, as well as several waves of Klingon Birds of Prey, and several Klingon shuttles. Due to the massive construction requirements, there are only a handful of the gargantuans in service, but as yet none have been lost in service to the Empire. (information sourced from Andrew J. | When the Klingon Empire found itself against the Federation after their invasion of Cardassia, they found their forces were vulnerable to attack by the newer Starfleet heavy cruisers such as the Akira class. The K'vort'cha was designed and produced as a maneuverable and well armed cruiser to take on standalone patrol duties to defend against this threat. Having proved initially successful, the empire continued to produce this heavy cruisers for similar operations against Dominion forces. | |

This Klingon fighter is a unique design made to be launched from the Ship of Death. The overall design is a mix of BoP and Runabout. The length is about the same as a Federation Runabout. The crew compliment is four. This is a mainly short range fighter, but it is warp capable. The armament is two forward dual rapid-fire disruptors. |
